Banking Important Notes

1. Interbank GIRO transfer takes 24 hours or the next business day to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
2. Members are urged to keep bank receipts and write down their reference numbers at all times for verification purposes.
3. Withdrawals will only be approved and release into the member’s bank account bearing the same name used to register at MEGAWIN.
4. All members are allowed to withdraw 2 times per day
5. Withdrawal amount exceeding MYR 10,000 will take a longer time to process, from any time between 10 minutes to 24 hours.
6. Members must fulfil the stated bonus rollover requirement and/or bonus terms prior to withdrawal.
7. Members who did not accept any bonus must fulfil a rollover of 1 (ONE) time of their total deposit prior to withdrawal.
8. 5 to 30 mins of withdrawal time only applies to the quick withdrawal of MYR 4,990 or below.

In the event of accepted , process or failed status for withdrawal ,our company will contact bank immediately and will inform our customer for any further action.
